Al2O3-SiC-C Refractory Brick for Hot Metal Pretreatment
The alumina-silicon carbide-carbon based refractories are suitable for the torpedo ladle as they have the best slag penetration resistance and are thus suitable for slag zone and bottom impact zone of steel ladle.
The main raw material of aluminum carbide carbon brick for hot metal ladle is electrofusion corundum (or sintered corundum and special bauxite clinker) and graphite and SiC with fixed carbon over 90%-95%, by adding graphite, bauxite, additive, then made by mixing, pressing, drying, burning at high temperature.
Aluminum carbide carbon brick is a refractory product for the working layer of torpedo ladle.
Features:
